Cancellation Policy:

Once a project is confirmed and the advance payment has been made, it is considered non-cancellable. If a client chooses to cancel the project at any stage after the advance is paid, the payment made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer any refunds for advance payments or completed services. All payments made to Shine Global Tech are final.
