• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.

• Remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery or website launch.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details. We do not provide refunds once the project has been initiated and payment has been made.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the completed work will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shine Global Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
